Hey there,
AI is creating a new class of millionaires, and it’s not limited to coders or Silicon Valley.
The real edge I’d bet on in 2026 is simpler (and harder): compounding feedback loops.
Because AI compresses time. If your learning + shipping cycle is slow, you fall behind. If it’s fast, you start lapping the market.
Here are the 4 loops I’d build:
1) The Balance Loop (Asymmetric Advantage) Choose a problem with acute pain and clear willingness to pay. “Interesting” problems don’t convert; pain does.
2) Speed-to-Revenue Loop Get to a paid version quickly. Revenue is the most honest form of validation.
3) Signal-to-Innovation Loop Track behavior-based signals (what users do, where they struggle, what they repeat). Then build what’s being pulled.
4) Sweat Equity Loop Turn focused work into assets: workflows, prompts, playbooks, distribution, and customer trust.
If you want leverage in an AI world, don’t ask “Which tool should I learn?” Ask “Which loop can I run every week?”
"Revenue is validation with zero bias. Charge early."
Reply with your niche + the problem you want to solve, and I’ll suggest the fastest loop to start with.
Best,
AK
